Survey IVth  was recorded  at  Howrah  on 26/09/23 from Hat lane , Howrah-1. Howrah is a separate district attached to Kolkata. Chandralekha Devi of this region reported no income during covid period so struggle was extreme. Rajia bibi also reported the same. COVID-19 infection was mild in this region but financial struggle was too much.No death was reported in this region.
